Homebox Stores Mattress with 5 year warranty bought from you on 5th Dec 2020 is now in a terrible shape and rendered useless after use for just 5 days by my 5 year old son. Despite many complaints over the past days no one from your company is willing to rectify this issue. If one cannot avail a products warranty within five days how do you claim a five year warranty I am extremely disheartened and annoyed by your after sales service.
